1. Key Terms

• Stream Tips: Money contributions sent by a supporter to a content creator as gratitude for live sessions. These are not classified as donations or gifts and serve no commercial or transactional intent. All tips are handled in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
• User: Anyone who visits or uses the KamauchaNepali platform.
• Creator: An approved user who earns via services or shared content.
• Supporter: A user who provides financial backing through tips or support.
• Platform: KamauchaNepali.com and its supporting tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be 15 or older and legally competent as per Nepalese law. Accounts for those below 15 years are strictly forbidden.

3. Acceptable Usage

• Kamaucha Nepali does not facilitate gambling, betting, or prize draws. All features are designed for entertainment and tipping purposes only.
• KamauchaNepali cannot be used for unlawful purposes such as scams, hate content, or financial crime.
• Creators must use real names and take full accountability for what they post or share.

4. Financial Transactions

All payments happen in NPR. The platform collects a service fee from creators’ earnings only. No fees are charged to supporters.

Each creator is required to handle their own tax responsibilities on their earnings.

5. Charges and Deductions

This section outlines KamauchaNepali's fee model, including how fees are applied and limits on tips. Supporters are not charged any additional fees by the platform; fees are deducted from creators’ earnings.

5.1 Platform Fee Breakdown

• Platform fees are automatically deducted before the remaining balance reaches the creator’s wallet: 10% for local payments and 15% for international/card payments.
• Fees help maintain infrastructure including payment systems, customer care, and operational expenses.

5.2 Tax Responsibilities

• Creators are expected to handle their tax filings under Nepal's taxation laws.
• We do not deduct income tax by default. You can request a yearly report to help with tax filings.
• Tax help services are available at an added cost to assist with your filings.

5.3 Payouts and Charges

• Transfers to verified e-wallets like Khalti are cost-free for creators.
• Banks may impose minimal charges on direct bank withdrawals.
• Payouts happen on a recurring schedule (e.g., weekly). Ensure your details are correct to avoid issues.

5.4 Updates to Fee Policy

We may revise our charges. If so, you will get at least 3 days’ notice. Revised fees will apply only to future tips, not past ones.

6. Refund Policy

All financial support is final. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical errors or legal obligations and must be requested within 14 days for review.

7. Legal and Tax Compliance

• Content creators are expected to disclose their earnings per Nepalese tax law.
• We follow NRB rules and AML regulations. ID verification may be required before payout.

8. Account Deactivation

We may deactivate or restrict accounts involved in misconduct or violations. Any remaining earnings may be frozen or returned depending on the situation.

9. Copyright

All content including logos and media on KamauchaNepali is protected. Reuse or reproduction is not allowed without prior approval.

10. Liability Limits

We are not responsible for indirect damages, third-party errors, or creator content. Our liability is capped to the platform fees paid in the past 3 months.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms fall under Nepalese law. Any disputes shall be handled by the Chitwan District Court or through mutual arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may evolve with legal or service changes. By continuing usage, you agree to the updates. Major revisions will be communicated via alert or email.
